Molly is a 300RYT, passionate about helping people step into their bodies and reconnect with their minds. With a deep love for curating and holding sacred spaces within a fast and contemporary world, Molly's mission is to uplift, empower and sprinkle her love of Yoga into the world.
With training and leadership in classical Hatha Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Voice, Sound Healing, Pranayama, Meditation, Mindfulness and Somatic Embodiment, Molly's approach to facilitating movement is fluid, compassionate and soulful. There is always music, always laughter and always bliss.
