How do I access my class?

Log in to your user account and go to “My Account” / “Upcoming Classes”. Here you will find all the classes you have signed up for. Click on the relevant class image and the Zoom link and class details will be revealed. After the class, the Zoom link will be replaced by a link to the recording of the class, to which you will have access for 30 days.

I bought a live class but cannot participate. Can I watch the recording of the class?

Yes. You can access the recordings of your purchased classes in your user account. Go to “My Account” / “Past Classes and Recordings”. Recordings of all classes will be available for 30 days after the class has taken place. In the case of a series, the link is available for 30 days from the date of the last class.

I have just bought a class, but I have not received a confirmation email and I cannot see the class in my user account. What do I do?

After purchasing a class, it can take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive and the class to show up in your user account. If the class does not show up in your user account after five minutes, please click on the “Contact Us” panel on the right side of the homepage or email us at zen@the-exhale.com.

Do I need any special Zoom settings to join a class?

No, you simply need to join the meeting with the Zoom screen name that matches your account name at The Exhale.

How do I ensure my sound is set up correctly on Zoom?

If you are using your instrument to participate in a class, please enable “original sound” so that we can hear you. For help, see https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115003279466-Enabling-option-to-preserve-original-sound.

Do I have to keep my camera on during a class?

In a live class it is preferable that you keep your camera on for the full interactive experience, but you are welcome to turn it off if you are uncomfortable.

The class I was participating in had technical difficulties and was disrupted. What should I do?

Please use the “Contact Us” panel on the homepage for help or email us at zen@the-exhale.com. The class will either be repeated, or you will receive a refund.

I am a member. How do I know which events I can attend?

We host a number of exclusive membership events a month. The number of events you are invited to will depend on your level of membership. Any event you are eligible for will automatically be put into your account and an email with all the details will be sent prior to the event. All membership events are listed in the class calendar on our website. Member discounts are announced in our newsletters, on social media and in the class descriptions on our website.

How do I cancel my membership subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by confirming your wishes in writing. Please use the “Contact Us” panel on the homepage or write to us at zen@the-exhale.com.
