6 June: Thoracic Spine Awakening Twists and Toners
The nerves in our spine connect to all parts of our body. This session will go through a sequence of gentle twists and toning asanas to increase circulation and improve back health.
13 June: Revive and Regenerate
This session will include a breath-aligned dynamic standing sequence, which will create new patterning in the mind and nervous system in order to bring energy and focus to your day.
20 June: Cultivating Strength Through Breath and Relaxation
This week's session will look at ways of cultivating strength through releasing tension, using our breath and performing longer-held asanas.
27 June: Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief
This musician's special is an all-time go-to for relieving tension stored in the neck and shoulders.
