Sunday 4 July - Love Your Psoas
Identify, release, revive. Discovering the importance of the psoas muscle.
The name psoas comes from the Greek word psoa, meaning "loin-region".
It forms a big, muscle that passes through the pelvis, behind the vital organs, connects the back to the front , upper body to lower body, through fascia connections and the diaphragm. This sequence will explore how to identify our psoas, and what sort of release to provide it, encourage lengthening, and release tension.

Improving balance and coordination, mastering transitions and building power.

Following your breath, morning sequence. Dance between vitality and stillness, encouraging our listening to the breath and body at ones own pace with a flexible sequence.
