Basic breathing techniques and exercises are the same for all of us – whether you are a singer, freediver, pianist or weightlifter. Controlling how you breath is a fantastic resource in controlling nerves, conquering stage fright, or achieving a stress-free performance. Award-winning freediver, Oli Christen-Drew, in this regular Friday workshop at The Exhale, will introduce you to the power of your breath and guide you through which exercises you should choose to enhance your performance.
